At Cottonworld we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product if you are not satisfied with it. Please read below our return and exchange policies before you return any item. If you want to return in UK or US please contact us info@underiwear.com
RETURN POLICY
Our Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
Returns, if any, need to be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
In case of returns, customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the returns form and bag.
Items must be returned in their original condition with the price tags intact.
Cottonworld will refund for the cost of the goods to the credit or debit card used for online shopping.
Your refund will be processed only after goods are received at our end and inspected for quality. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Kindly make sure that your name, order number and return number is mentioned on the return form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at info@underiwear.com
Items to be exchanged need to be sent to the address given below within 30 days of receiving the goods.
You will also need to enclose the return form in the return bag provided by us along with the items you wish to return.
underiwear.com will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (Color or size).
Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer. In case of Exchanges you would need to place a fresh order for the new item and follow the return policy.
In terms of exchange only you will need to return the garments originally bought, to us. Your exchange will be processed only after goods are received at our end and inspected for quality. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Your order would be shipped once the quality check is complete.
